The Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (FWHCC) is proud to lead the way in fostering diversity and inclusion in corporate environments through our annual ERG (Employee Resource Group) Summit and dedicated ERG Committee. This initiative is designed to bring ERGs from across North Texas together to share best practices, develop innovative resources, and create tools that drive leadership development within diverse teams.
