The Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (FWHCC) is proud to lead the way in fostering leadership in corporate environments through our annual Leadership Summit and dedicated BRG Task Force. This initiative is designed to bring BRGs from across North Texas together to share best practices, develop innovative resources, and create tools that drive leadership development within diverse teams.

Annual Leadership Summit

Our Leadership Summit is a unique opportunity for corporate BRGs across North Texas to connect, collaborate, and grow. This event includes panel discussions, workshops, and keynote speakers who address critical topics such as:

BRG Task Force: Building Resources for Leadership

The BRG Task Force plays a key role in extending the work of the summit throughout the year. This task force brings together corporate leaders, BRG representatives, and advocates to:
