The Women in Leadership (WIL) seminar series is an empowering initiative dedicated to celebrating and supporting women who are trailblazers in their industries. From executives and entrepreneurs to small business owners and community leaders, WIL offers a platform to share stories, experiences, and strategies for success.

Each seminar focuses on topics that matter most to women, such as healthcare, finance, executive leadership, small business growth, entrepreneurship, education, and community engagement. Panelists are thoughtfully selected by the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce staff to ensure diverse perspectives and impactful discussions.

In 2024, our series spotlighted Women in Academic Institutions, where inspiring leaders shared their journeys in shaping the future of education. This year, we are proud to host Women in Construction, showcasing trailblazers breaking barriers and paving the way for others in a traditionally male-dominated industry.
