The Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (FWHCC) BRG Task Force is a collaborative initiative designed to support organizations in strengthening professional development and leadership growth within their workforce. The task force serves as a regional resource hub—bringing together BRG and employee engagement leaders from across North Texas to identify development needs, curate high-quality learning resources, and connect organizations with experienced speakers and subject-matter experts.
Through regular collaboration, the BRG Task Force helps organizations enhance their internal professional development efforts by sharing best practices, co-creating toolkits, and shaping programming that addresses real-world workplace challenges. A core focus of the task force is supporting leadership readiness by providing access to practical frameworks, expert facilitators, and scalable resources that companies can deploy within their own BRGs or employee programs.
One of the task force’s flagship contributions is its role in supporting the Impact Fort Worth Leadership Summit, where corporate leaders, educators, and practitioners deliver actionable content on topics such as emotional intelligence, executive presence, strategic networking, and leading diverse teams. The task force also contributes to year-round learning by surfacing emerging trends, recommending relevant speakers, and aligning professional development offerings with evolving workforce needs.
By serving as a connector between corporations, higher education partners, and community organizations, the BRG Task Force strengthens leadership pipelines, promotes shared learning, and supports organizations committed to developing inclusive, high-performing teams across the DFW region.
